The Caribbean Centre for
Collective Intelligence
Address global challenges through collective intelligence and innovative thinking
The soon to be launched CC4CI is intended to be a partnership between local universities, governments, NGOs, and private businesses in the Caribbean and worldwide that have a vision for transforming the world for the better through their products and/or services.
The Caribbean, like many regions, faces increasing challenges in accessing economic opportunities, particularly as technology becomes a more significant part of every economy. If collective intelligence can enable the local production of technological products and services, we could unlock billions in economic opportunities, reducing the need for our youth to seek opportunities abroad.
The Caribbean Center for Collective Intelligence (CC4CI) is dedicated to pioneering research and solutions that harness the power of a wide variety of problem-solving approaches in the attempt to define a universal model of adaptive problem-solving that integrates both artificial and collective intelligence. Our mission is to create a General Collective Intelligence (GCI) platform capable of optimizing societal outcomes across critical areas such as economic equality, sustainable development, and the ethical deployment of AI. By enabling unprecedented levels of cooperation and coordination, the CCCI aims to tackle complex challenges that current systems and technologies cannot solve alone, ensuring that progress in the Caribbean and beyond benefits all, not just a select few.
Our long-term vision includes the establishment of a "School for Collective Intelligence" to educate future leaders on the application of collective intelligence across various disciplines. The CC4CI is the first step towards realizing this vision, with the potential to attract large scale investment for sustainable development in our initial deployment regions.
